First and foremost, we are a family business. We excel in serving as an external Talent Acquisition team or a bolt-on to an internal team. Our clients include private and public manufacturers, distributors and engineering/consulting firms from the lower middle market up to Fortune 500.

Where we started

After 20 years in Chemicals and Plastics, Jamie Mosberg started Global Recruiters Wilmington. His company has expanded its teams, partnerships, network and market reach. His sons - Jake and Josh - joined the team over 15 years ago, along with others from the industry who he came to think of as family. After years of refining our processes and evolving the business, we formed Elemental Talent in 2025.

What we offer

For job seekers, the process can be anxiety-producing and filled with difficult decisions. Likewise, for hiring teams, the interview process adds to busy schedules and crowded decision points. For everyone involved, the process can be emotional and time consuming. Our goal is to minimize the work and anxiety for all parties, whether it is a candidate who does not move forward beyond our qualification process or an executive conducting a final interview for a top prospect.
