Jake Mosberg

Building on management experience in food & beverage and construction, including hiring, Jake entered talent acquisition in 2009. He started by helping job seekers craft resumes and profiles. Over time, his career evolved to client and engagement management. He approaches talent acquisition through his English and Philosophy degree: trying to help hiring teams express what they need and candidates to express what they have accomplished and what they want to do next. He seeks to read between the lines and find the unspoken that moves a search forward or helps a candidate land their next great opportunity. 

In his spare time, Jake likes reading, hiking, occasionally building things, and cooking with his two daughters. Lately, he has been involved in rebuilding efforts for Asheville artists effected by Hurricane Helene in 2024. 

Josh Mosberg

Josh has been recruiting for 10+ years in various manufacturing fields. His heart is in helping people to solve problems - whether in their career or filling out their team. For him, there’s nothing better than positioning a candidate with a great manager at a client company. It’s music to his ears when a remote production site can’t find a process engineer. That’s just another opportunity for a candidate to take on a new challenge. In his spare time, Josh loves to take on the Colorado mountains - skiing, biking, climbing or any other ‘ing with his friends and family.
